Rosyth & Levenmouth Campuses

02/11/2023

Kirkcaldy Campus  .

06/11/2023 & 07/11/2023

Glenrothes Campus

Process

Get ready for some on-campus changes! The Xerox pros are rolling up their sleeves and getting to work. 🛠️

Here’s the game plan: They’ll start on the Ground Floor, then move up to the First Floor and Upper Floors. 👣🏢

But here’s the cool part: In Dunfermline, Glenrothes, and Kirkcaldy, we’re holding off on upgrading the Library printers until the very end. 📚✨ This way, you can still use the old system for any pending print jobs until we’re ready to switch things over.

And if you’re at Levenmouth or Rosyth, don’t worry. With just a few printers, the upgrade process will be a breeze! 🌟🖨️💨

Printer Software

Exciting news! 🎉 The College has upgraded to Papercut Software to make our printing experience better than ever. Here’s what you need to know: 📄💻

When you hit print from a College Desktop, Laptop, or MyDesktop, you’ll notice a bunch of printers to choose from, both color 🌈 and mono 🖤. Easy peasy! 🤩

Just look for the word ‘Papercut’ in the printer name, and you’ll know you’re in the right place. Let’s make printing a breeze! (example below)🚀🖨️

When our printers arrive, you’ll be treated to a fresh £5 print allowance! 💵✨

And here’s even better news – if you’ve got some extra balance on your old account, it’ll magically transfer to the new system once the old printers say goodbye. 🪄📜
